The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change announced on its official website today, Monday, January 17, 2022, its approval of the division of the city of "Yenişehir", which was prepared according to the provisions of Article 18 of the zoning law.
The ministry's decision was issued after the initiation and completion of the planning phase for the first, second, and third phases of the city of "Yenişehir", which will be built around the new Istanbul Canal.
The process of converting the taboos (ownership deeds) in Yenişehir to the taboos of residential land has also begun.
Which will give special importance to these lands, whether in terms of high prices, or through the initiation of construction of buildings and residential facilities.
This decision issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change includes 15 neighborhoods of "Yenişehir", which are:
Çilingir - Tayakakadın - Hacımaşlı - Haraççı - Sazlıbosna - Dursunköy - Yeniköy - Baklalı - Hadımköy - Boyalık - Yassıören - Taşoluk mahalleleri - Başakşehir (Kayabaşı - Şamlar - Şahintepe)
