Residence work in Turkey (2)
Depending on the different types of residency permits in Turkey, the papers necessary to extract each type of residency differ, and all papers necessary for each type of residency must be submitted, otherwise the Immigration Department will reject the residency request.
Documents required obtaining a work permit in Turkey:
Documents required for the company owner:

A document is required showing that the company’s capital is not less than 100,000 pounds, and it must be certified by a sworn financial accountant.

A document showing the company's profits is required, extracted from the Turkish Tax Department.

A report is required showing the number of Turkish workers in the company and that they are registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

The company registration number in the SGK is required.

The company's commercial newspaper is required.

A power of attorney is required from the company's manager, to be extracted from the Notter office.

An application for a work permit is required, signed and stamped by the company manager.

Company tax card is required.

A company event document is required, extracted from the Chamber of Commerce in the state.

Documents required for the worker:

A copy of a valid passport (at least 6 months).

A copy of the tourist residence permit (valid)

A copy of the temporary protection card, if the applicant owns a protection card, and its duration must be at least 6 months old

A personal photo of the applicant.

A copy of the academic certificate, if any, translated into Turkish and certified by the notary.

An employment contract signed between the employer and the employee
Renewal of the work permit: The application for renewal of the work permit is submitted 60 days before its expiry.
In the event that the work permit renewal is refused, a tourist residence appointment must be booked for the first time within the validity period of the work permit.
Finally, we must remind you of the importance of establishing a job and its role in obtaining Turkish citizenship, as after 5 years it is possible to apply for it, and citizenship is granted to the person, his wife and children under the age of 18.
