The Turkish Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services determines foreigners who have provided employment opportunities for 50 Turkish citizens, to grant them Turkish citizenship, by a decision of the President within the scope of subparagraph (b) of the first paragraph, Article 12 of Law No. 5901.
After the investor fulfills these conditions, the application must be submitted along with the necessary documents:

Application petition signed by the real foreign person of the applicant with signature.

The commercial register that shows the capital shares of companies or partnership that employs a number of employees not less than 50 Turkish citizens in the total number of employees and the commercial registration certificate of the business.

A report submitted by the Revenue Administration System in Turkey to clarify the tax liability status of the intended place of business or intended business premises, whether the applicant is the owner or partner.

An official letter from the Directorate of the Turkish Social Security Institution, showing through this letter the social security premiums in the workplace and the debt situation, or the workplace concerned, whether the applicant is the owner or partner.

After the previous conditions and papers are met, the application is submitted to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, which in turn evaluates the application to ensure that all the required conditions and papers are met.
