Ahteran Istanbul is a project started by the Gül inşaat company, investment and residential compound. located in the Esenyurt Meydan Ardicli area, on the main road of Ardicli.
The project is away 800 meters from the TEM highway, which gives easy access for the residents to move in Istanbul and between the famous sites and touristic places. Moreover, the bus stations are around 200 meters away from the project. Near the project with around 1 KM, you got an under construction metro station.
The famous Akbati mall is away 800 meters from the area, noting that the project got 76 shops with international and local brands. You can find the aqua dolphin water park away 3 KM from the project, and the Prestige mall is away only 4 KM.
The project is away only 4 KM from Ihsan international school, and around 8 KM from Rumeli International school. while you can find Istanbul Esenyurt University away 6 KM from the project, and 12 KM to the Istanbul Aydin University.
The Ahteran is under construction to be delivered on the 30th of April 2022, with an area of 25.000 m2. Green landscape of 16.500 m2, the project is 8 blocks with a height of maximum 9 floors. Total number of flats is 304 flats. The flats types are 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 with an area starting of 77 m2 for the (1+1), and an area starting 132 m2 for the (2+1), and an area starting from 172 m2 for the (3+1), and an area starting from 235 m2 for the (4+1). all the flats got a balcony, and some flats got a terrace with them.
The social facilities are available for all the flats, such as the indoor/outdoor swimming pools, football court, basketball court, kids areas, sauna, turkish bath, walking terraces, parking lots, and 24 hours security and CCTV cameras.
