The Kucukyali Mahalle is under construction and consists of 2 blocks, 30 flats and all are sold out. The Kucukyali Mahalle to be delivered by the end of 2021 as well.
The Sedef phase is 2 under construction blocks consisting of 333 flats all are sold out, this phase to be delivered by the end of 2023.
The Kucukyali phase is 2 home office blocks that will be delivered by the end of 2023. and all are sold out.
Each phase has its own facilities, and privacy as well. The indoor/outdoor swimming pools, the sauna, the Turkish hamam, the gym, walking terraces, kids playing areas, ball courts, 24 hours security, and parking lots.
The project has its own Palladium mall, which is under construction and will be holding many of the famous shops and trademarks in Turkey and from the whole world.
